Our multidisciplinary and multilingual team of professionals have extensive experience working with newly arrived refugees and are aware of the challenges associated with their transition.

Through a transitional model of care, the Centre offers a wide range of health services to immigrants and refugees living in and around the City of Hamilton.

Triage service for urgent issues

Pediatrics; pre and post-natal care and well-baby care

Dedicated on-site specialist clinics including pediatrics, psychiatry, internal medicine, dermatology and cardiology

Off-site specialist consultation with close coordination and follow-up

Referral center for refugee healthcare issues from community family physicians
